Intellectual Property
All original designs, graphics, artwork, branding, logos, images, mockups, website content, and creative materials produced by STG / Swear To God Clothing and Torres Power LLC remain protected intellectual property.

- Replication
- Use of product photos or branding
is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Customer-Submitted Content
Customers may submit artwork, logos, or approved materials for collaborative/custom projects.
By submitting any content, the customer confirms:
- They own the content, OR
- They possess all necessary legal rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations for its use
Customers assume all legal responsibility for submitted materials.
Torres Power LLC shall not be held liable for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unauthorized use, or legal disputes arising from customer-submitted content.
Copyrighted material may only be used when valid proof of ownership and an authorized-use license are provided.
Restricted Content
Torres Power LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving:
- Hate speech
- Illegal content
- Offensive material
- Explicit material
- Threatening content
- Discriminatory content
- Violations of intellectual property laws
Orders & Refusal of Service
Torres Power LLC reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Reject suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Refuse custom projects at our discretion
Product Variations
Due to differences in:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Printing methods
- Handmade processes
- Dye applications
- Bleaching
- Distressing
- Material sourcing
actual products may vary slightly from digital previews or photographs.
Such variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
Torres Power LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Delayed shipments
- Third-party carrier issues
- Losses related to misuse of products
All products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Fraud & Chargebacks
Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or abusive chargebacks may be challenged using:
