STG / Swear To God Clothing is operated by Torres Power LLC.


At STG / Swear To God Clothing, we strive to provide high-quality apparel, accessories, and custom-designed products. Due to the nature of our products and custom design services, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility


We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within fourteen (14) days of delivery.


To qualify for a return, items must:


  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in brand-new condition
  • Include original tags
  • Be free of odors, stains, damage, or alterations


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:


  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Final sale items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products missing original tags
  • Items showing wear, washing, or use
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Approved custom design work
  • Minor color variations
  • Handmade variations, distressing, bleach patterns, dye effects, or artistic variations


Due to the handmade and artistic nature of many of our products, slight differences in color, texture, distressing, placement, dye effects, bleaching, or print appearance are considered intentional characteristics and not defects.


Custom & Made-to-Order Work


Custom orders require direct communication and design coordination with STG / Swear To God Clothing.


By approving a custom design, mockup, layout, wording, sizing, colors, or specifications, the customer accepts full responsibility for approved details. Once approval is provided, changes, cancellations, refunds, or disputes regarding approved elements will not be permitted unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.


All custom work and made-to-order products are final sale.


Deposits and payments for custom design work are non-refundable once design work has begun.


Full payment must be received before custom products are shipped.


If a customer becomes unresponsive for seven (7) consecutive days during an active custom project, the order/project may be considered abandoned at the discretion of Torres Power LLC.


STG / Swear To God Clothing reserves the right to use completed custom work, designs, or collaborative projects for portfolio, promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Customers must contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery if an item arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • With shipping-related damage


To process a claim, customers must:


  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Retain original packaging materials
  • Provide proof of purchase


Refunds, replacements, or resolutions are provided solely at the discretion of Torres Power LLC.


Shipping Delays & Delivery


Processing and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.


Shipping delays may occur due to:


  • High order volume
  • Seasonal demand
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God
  • Circumstances outside our control


Torres Power LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping carrier.
